We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users’ needs and our business priorities.

Security and Payments

After finding items from the shop that you wish to buy, and as part of the checkout process, you will be asked to verify your billing and delivery address. Once you have checked all your details are correct, just press ‘Pay with Paypal’ and follow their payment process on screen. Alternatively, enter credit/debit card details, press ‘Place Order’ and the payment will be processed by our online payment providers, Stripe. We’ll automatically send you an email to confirm your order once payment has been made.

We do not take nor hold sensitive credit card information on this site; that job is handled securely by our two online payment providers Stripe and Paypal. Please note that you are responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery details and we are not liable for any additional costs due as a result of failing to provide the correct and accurate delivery details.

All products sold on our site are intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Delivery

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Europe 6–8 business days
United Kingdom 6–8 business days
USA 3–5 business days
Australia 2–14 business days
Japan 6–8 business days
Other (international) 10–20 business days

Due to Covid-19, our fulfillment times may be a bit longer than usual for some products, and you may experience small delays on your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to see how you could be affected.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! So depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they usually apply duties and taxes to your purchases. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at orders@classof88.shop with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How are your products made?
We only use premium museum-quality materials.
All artwork is printed using eco-friendly solvent inks and sustainably sourced paper from FSC-approved forests.
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@classof88.shop within one week after receiving your order with detailed photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?
All our products are custom made products, carefully crafted for you and they cannot be returned. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at orders@classof88.shop! If it is a mistake or a quality concern on our end, we offer a priority reshipment or a full refund.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at orders@classof88.shop within one week after receiving your order with detailed photos of the wrong/damaged items, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our product photographic representations or mock-ups—we have one for every item listed on our store, and in the product description section. They may help to give you a better idea before making a decision. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orders@classof88.shop within one week after receiving your order. Include your order number and detailed photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

After receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow a further 4-7 working days for the refund to be credited. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, please let us know at orders@classof88.shop when submitting your claim and we will reach a mutually acceptable solution.

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by emailing us orders@classof88.shop. Include your order number and any details you may want to tell us about.

For refunded items, after receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow a further 4-7 working days for the refund to be credited. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, please let us know at orders@classof88.shop when submitting your claim and we will reach a mutually acceptable solution.

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered wrong or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

All Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) in or to the materials and information made available to you through the Site are owned by us or licensed to us by our third party partners. You may only use such information or materials in accordance with these Terms of Use. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, we do not grant any express or implied right to you to use the materials or information made available to you through the Site and nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as an assignment of any Intellectual Property Rights in or to such materials or information. All our rights are hereby expressly reserved.

Disclaimer

Availability
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items.

Colors, Frames and Sizes
Please note all product photography is for illustrative purposes only– colors and dimensions may vary slightly. We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photographic representations or mock-ups. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colors will be exactly as they appear on our website.
